Professional Development for Therapists
We offer workshops for therapists interested in learning about Green Psychology and the application of Green Speak as a therapeutic tool.
We are approved by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) as a continuing education provider. Many of our workshops and seminars provide continuing education credits. Please look at each program for specific details.
In the near future, we will also begin offering online courses for continuing education. These programs will be designed to capitalize on the potential for online learning to deliver engaging and worthwhile learning experiences. While the name Green Psychology is new, this work represents an evolution of a 50-year tradition. The lineage goes back to 1960 when John and Joyce Weir first developed and introduced Percept Language. They taught Percept Language, which we now call Green Speak, to thousands of students from around the world. John and Joyce offered their Self-differentiation Laboratories through National Training Lab in Bethel, Maine and at various locations around the country.
