Personal Growth Tools Help You Transform Your Life
We want to share with you some of the valuable personal growth tools that we model and teach during our workshops. Although we haven’t figured out a way to recreate on our website what takes place during our retreats, we will introduce you to some powerful new concepts and invite you to join us in this conversation about how to live healthier lives.
By the way, we call our retreats “laboratories,” more affectionately known as “labs.” And during our labs we ask participants to engage in experiences, which we call “experiments,” so that they have a chance to practice being, behaving, and communicating in new ways.
Personal Growth Tools
During our labs, participants experience being part of a healthy community—a community in which you stop “telling” and learn how to artfully “witness.” You learn a new way to use language—Perceptual Language. You learn to see yourself—and others—through our 10-Stages of Development Model that explains a great deal about why you are the way you are and what you can focus on to transform your outdated ways of being. You learn about The 5-Step Process of Growth—a model that helps you figure out where you are in your process and how to take your next step. You learn to use our Values Clarification process so that you come to recognize what’s most meaningful in your life. Relationship Advice
We hear so many questions from people seeking relationship advice, that we’ve created a page on our website dedicated to this subject. The page includes a sampling of blog posts, audio recordings, and links to articles—all exploring how to apply Green Psychology to your relationships.
